About the position

The Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for creating Power BI dashboards to support Store Operations. This role focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of reports that aid field and store teams, while collaborating with various business partners to source and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with various business partners to source data from different data sets.
• Identify new reporting opportunities and create reports based on business needs.
• Design reports and databases.
• Provide training for end users on reporting.
• Document process flow of reporting.
• Demonstrate a keen understanding of data; identify and translate connections and core issues to operational and financial controls.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Support ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Work closely with the business to improve data collection and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required (Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.)
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Intermediate to advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel experience
• Advanced analytical skills
• Understanding of off-price model
• Good understanding of data warehousing and data lake architecture
• Experience working with large datasets to extract, manipulate, and analyze performance using business intelligence tools.
