About the position

The Data Analyst Lead position is responsible for overseeing data analysis and configuration processes within the healthcare sector, specifically utilizing the Facets platform. This role requires a strong background in SQL and healthcare claims, along with the ability to identify trends and provide analytical support to enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data for analysis by removing duplicates, errors, and outliers. Validate file layout against sample files.
• Identify patterns and trends in the data by running SQL queries.
• Provide Data Analysis and troubleshooting expertise on Configuration tool sets with automated processes.
• Serve as a Business Analyst documenting requirements, process flows, and execute testing for enhancements to improve the automation toolset for Configuration.
• Provide Research, Analysis and Configuration subject matter expert support to the Business Configuration Production team.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience with Facets platform, Medical Plan Benefit Configuration, Provider Network & Agreement Configuration
• Proficiency in SQL
• Understanding of healthcare claims and data feeds
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
