About the position

As a Data Analyst Level 2, you will lead the analytics team in developing data-driven insights aimed at enhancing business processes and improving the customer shopping experience. This role involves supervising and coaching team members to ensure their performance meets company standards while supporting various teams in achieving significant financial savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics team to develop insights that improve business processes and customer experience.
• Supervise and coach direct reports, providing performance feedback and conducting performance reviews.
• Support the e-Commerce team in achieving $90M in savings.
• Provide support to over 19 workspaces and 5,000 users in Power BI.
• Manage the data architecture for Pickup Reporting, consolidating datasets and reports to reduce technical debt and enhance user experience.
• Partner with KTD to build out the Fulfillment Data Platform (FDP) and support the rollout of the gold layer.
• Measure and align current projects with the 'Every Customer, Every Time' strategy.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with division leadership and associates to understand and define work processes.
• Facilitate working sessions to develop current and future state work processes.
• Collaborate with Training and Development to create training modules.
• Consult with business specialists to recommend business and technology solutions.
• Work with the Finance department and Innovation team to document reporting needs and visualize the financial impact of process improvements.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand and guide business priorities.
• Support key applications showcasing e-commerce reporting embedded in applications.
• Summarize and communicate analyses, providing best practice recommendations to business owners and teams.
• Travel to divisions and stores to observe, create performance measurements, and summarize observations.
• Provide on-call support after hours and on weekends as needed.
