About the position
The Data Analyst Manager at CLA is responsible for leading data analysis projects, creating dashboards, and uncovering insights from both internal and external data sources. This role emphasizes collaboration within the Digital team and offers opportunities for professional growth and flexibility in a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the answering of business questions through data analysis and dashboard creation.
- Clean and prepare data for analysis and visual display in reports or dashboards.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms in collaboration with the Data Analytics team.
- Implement predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques.
- Assist in developing and executing a Data Analytics/Data Science learning plan for team members.
- Take on leadership roles in client situations and business development efforts.
- Balance independent work with collaboration across teams and offices.
Requirements
- Seven (7) + years of experience in data analytics, public accounting, financial consulting, computer science, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Data Science.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with statistical computer languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
