The Data Analyst Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in leveraging data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to data analysis, ensuring that marketing efforts are data-driven and effective.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators, website health, and track campaign performance.
• Analyze and interpret marketing data to provide actionable insights that support marketing strategy and campaign optimization.
• Present findings to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with marketing analytics tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI) and Excel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task.
• A highly self-motivated, proactive contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the semiconductor industry or other high-tech manufacturing a plus.
• The ability and willingness to learn new skills and software tools.
