About the position

The position supports the operations of quality improvement and organizational excellence by assisting in quality and compliance activities. This includes data collection, report preparation, and analysis of healthcare quality outcomes and customer experience metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in and develops documentation to track program quality, volume, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Utilizes business intelligence software to extract, analyze, and interpret data for report generation and data visualization.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives by facilitating sub-group development and communication.
  • Tracks the improvement of quality outcomes by exporting data from healthcare registries and updating dashboards.
  • Monitors and assesses system performance metrics using analysis tools and reports on trends or anomalies.

Requirements

  • An associate degree in business, health care or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in IT data management, spreadsheets, & excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health care or related field.
  • Quality Management accreditation.
