Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and reporting along with building forecasting models using Excel, Tableau, and machine learning tools.
• Build key reports and models for sales forecasting and promotional analysis with high accuracy.
• Consolidate reports across Lines of Business (LOBs) for weekly demand and revenue outlook.
• Develop sales forecasts using various variables such as traffic, seasonality, and promotions through machine learning models.
• Create presentations with compelling data-driven stories to share insights and recommendations with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, analytics, or engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in analytics with advanced Excel and machine learning models.
• Strong business analytics skills for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business.
• Hands-on experience with advanced Excel and attention to detail for complex data integration.
• Knowledge of ML/AI models for forecasting, pricing, and promotional analytics.
• Proficiency in building and using Tableau for reporting.
• Python programming skills for machine learning model development.
