About the position
The Data Analyst position at Roofing Services Solutions is a hybrid role based in Fort Myers, FL, with travel required to the Orlando area for site visits and new brand acquisitions. This position is critical in supporting the company's key initiatives, including the implementation of NetSuite ERP and JobNimbus CRM, as well as the integration of these systems. The company is experiencing rapid growth, with plans to expand its brand portfolio by five new locations annually, and is currently generating $75 million in revenue, which is expected to grow by an additional $75 million each year. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the overall data engineering of data flows between various systems, ensuring that data governance is maintained and sound data flows are engineered. You will administer the Boomi iPaaS solution, build and manage CSV extracts and transformations from JobNimbus, and oversee the storage, structure, maintenance, and monitoring of data infrastructure in Azure. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and managing the Microsoft Fabric/Power BI visualization layer and creating systemic integrations between JobNimbus and NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience supporting data and analytics in an industry that manages job-based transaction processing. Familiarity with data from NetSuite, CRMs, and job management systems is essential, along with heavy experience working with CSV extracts and complex transformations. A strong understanding of data governance and experience managing data infrastructure in Azure are also critical for success in this role.

Requirements
- Multiple years of experience supporting data and analytics in an industry that manages job-based transaction processing
- Experience working with data from NetSuite, CRMs, and job management systems
- Heavy experience working with CSV extracts and complex transformations
- Strong understanding of data governance and engineering sound data flows
- Experience working with Boomi
- Experience managing data infrastructure in Azure
- Experience deploying analytics environment
- Experience deploying visualizations preferably with PowerBI
