About the position

This role focuses on the people side of change, specifically guiding the adoption of changes to processes, systems, and technology within the organization. The individual in this position will partner with leaders to drive the adoption and utilization of cybersecurity strategic priorities. The goal is to increase benefit realization, value creation, return on investment, and the achievement of desired results and outcomes. The responsibilities include creating and implementing organizational change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption while minimizing resistance. The individual will coach and support leaders to act as organizational change agents and provide consultative expertise to project teams, ensuring that organizational change management activities are integrated into their project plans. Building cross-functional relationships at all levels is essential to effectively influence and drive organizational initiatives throughout a matrixed environment. The individual should be capable of leading cybersecurity changes from start to finish, utilizing existing tools and processes. This role requires exercising independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues related to job duties and tasks, working under minimal supervision, and using independent judgment to analyze variable factors and determine the best course of action. Proficiency in creating change deliverables such as training materials, articles, and communications tailored for different types of stakeholders is also necessary. Given the high degree of complexity, the role demands a unique combination of skills, including a strong understanding of cybersecurity, experience in organizational change management (OCM), and the ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Requirements
