About the position

The position at Desert View Hospital involves providing technical and analytic support to the System Quality/Performance Improvement Department and Hospital Quality Directors. The role focuses on the collection, analysis, formatting, and display of data relevant to patient care processes, ensuring adherence to facility policies and standards while promoting patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, format, and display data pertinent to patient care processes.
• Provide technical and analytic support to the System Quality/Performance Improvement Department.
• Support Hospital Quality Directors in their initiatives.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.

Requirements

• Associates Degree preferred, or a minimum of three (3) years applicable experience may be substituted upon approval of Director.
• Three to five (3-5) years' experience in quality informatics preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and databases.
• Working knowledge of the healthcare industry is required.
• Healthcare Information Management knowledge is preferred.
