About the position

The Data Analyst & Report Developer for the Patient Services group will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights. This part-time contract role focuses on leveraging Salesforce data, along with other data sources, to develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making within Patient Services functions.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights for Patient Services.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Salesforce data.
• Integrate data from various sources to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Gather and document requirements for reporting needs.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for report functionalities.
• Provide integration support for internal and partner Salesforce applications.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data integration and analysis in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting experience.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Understanding of the Salesforce data model.
• Proficiency in SQL Server is helpful, as the Data Lake is a SQL Server database.
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements and configurations.
