Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to support analysis and solution development.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in the automation of data workflows to improve efficiency.
• Support the adoption of emerging tools and technologies, including AI and machine learning.
• Continuously monitor and maintain analytics deliverables to ensure relevance to business requirements.
• Offer training and guidance to stakeholders on analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis and data visualization.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation.
• Experience with data preparation and cleaning for rapid solution development.
• Understanding of automation tools (e.g., Alteryx) and their application in data workflows.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
