About the position
We are seeking an experienced Statistician with a strong background in formal data analysis, including probabilistic and statistical modeling, experimental design and analysis, causal modeling, and explanatory machine learning. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience using Tableau, SQL, and Python (or R) on a weekly basis and must excel in both technical skills and communication.
Responsibilities
- Perform formal statistical analysis and causal modeling.
- Manipulate and model data using SQL.
- Utilize Python or R for statistical and causal modeling, and for creating visualizations.
- Develop and maintain interactive visualizations using Tableau.
- Communicate complex analytical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience using Tableau, SQL, and Python (or R) on a weekly basis.
- Working knowledge of formal statistical analysis and causal modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
- Experience using Python or R for statistical analysis and creating visualizations.
- Excellent communication skills.
