Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the SYSTOC database to ensure data integrity.
• Train and provide ongoing support to database users.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support organizational goals.
• Identify trends and patterns within complex data sets and visualize data for stakeholders.
• Apply statistical analyses as needed to inform decision-making.
• Develop innovative recommendations to improve Employee Health and Occupational Health initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare data analysis preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Access.
• Strong data modeling skills and understanding of data management in healthcare.

Nice-to-haves
