About the position

The Tech Refresh Data Analyst at CACI is responsible for conducting comprehensive data analysis to support the operations and future technologies of the Intelligence Community. This role involves providing system data, recommending process improvements, and preparing reports that inform management decisions. The analyst will work independently and may manage projects, contributing to the overall success of Tech Refresh operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct overall Tech Refresh data analysis under the contract.
• Provide system data and process improvement recommendations for automation in Tech Refresh operations.
• Prepare project data updates and standings for future DIA growth related to Tech Refresh.
• Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data.
• Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns in complex data sets.
• Assign numerical values to essential business functions for performance assessment.
• Analyze trends impacting the organization and industry on local, national, and global levels.
• Prepare management reports detailing trends, patterns, and predictions based on data.
• Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and management to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
• 7 years of experience in data analysis (or equivalent), with at least 5 years specifically in data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in data collection, extraction, integration, inspection, cleaning, and modeling.
• Knowledge and experience in data management, engineering, and science.
• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict management, and critical thinking skills.
