The purpose of the Asset Health COE within the Enterprise Service management domain at ANZ, will be to lead the journey enabling the business to succeed on their service-led transformation through leveraging a stable and purposeful IT Asset Health management foundation. The focus will be on delivering a centralised IT Asset Health capability, ensuring a consistent, reliable and quality data foundation to platform tenants and customers inclusive of: Asset and Configuration Management: Ensuring our assets and the configuration of IT services are well managed (including definitions, health indicators, ensuring compliance of associated process) Hardware and Software Asset Management: Ensure our Hardware and Software assets are fit for purpose throughout their asset lifecycle including software entitlements Application Portfolio Management: Enables to track, manage and analyze Business Applications by ensuring rationalizing applications and reduce risks throughout their Asset Lifecyle Management (ALM).
