About the position

State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) - Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven Data Analyst, Vice President to play a key role in executing advanced data analytics initiatives. This role requires in-depth expertise in data analysis and modeling, with a focus on applying advanced techniques to extract meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute hands-on data analysis, applying advanced statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends and insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex data models, including predictive and statistical models.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analyses and data sources.

Requirements

• Proficiency in tools used for data analysis and modeling; experience with big data tools is a plus.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining complex data pipelines.
• Strong ability to handle large datasets and perform rigorous analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on practical application of data insights.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
