About the position

The Data Analyst for Warehouse Operations at KBI Biopharma is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance order fulfillment forecasting and supply planning across manufacturing locations. This role involves developing and optimizing Power BI dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, and leading operational improvement projects to drive data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into actionable insights to drive decision-making across warehouse operations globally.
• Analyze complex datasets and create insightful visualizations using Power BI for order fulfillment forecasting and supply planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead operational improvement projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements based on data insights.
• Provide training and support to end-users on navigating and interpreting Power BI reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with advanced skills preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL or another programming language.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Exceptional data visualization and communication skills for all audience levels.
