Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data sources.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets.
• Construct forecasts and strategic plans based on business data.
• Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs.
• Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams.
• Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop data solutions.
• Document and communicate systems and analytics changes to the business.
• Validate key performance indicators and build queries to measure business performance.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to understand data anomalies.
• Develop data governance standards and documentation.
• Develop SQL queries and data visualizations for ad-hoc analysis.
• Organize and transform information into comprehensible structures.
• Use data to predict trends and perform statistical analysis.
• Monitor data quality and remove corrupt data.
• Evaluate and utilize new technologies for high-volume data processing.
• Improve existing processes through automation and efficient workflows.
• Design and build innovative data and analytics solutions.
• Support best practices in reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills
• Proficiency in Python
• Understanding of data analytics patterns
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Ability to translate data into understandable formats
• Experience dealing with big data volumes
• Knowledge of Snowflake
• Experience managing others and supporting multiple project teams
