We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our leading client's team in Champaign, IL. This position is a 12-month contract role that offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility between remote work and in-office presence. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing data within the Helios Equipment Domain, collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate data analysis findings and business domain decisions. The role requires a strong focus on data quality review and analysis, as well as the automation of processes to enhance efficiency. Effective stakeholder communication and alignment are essential, as the Data Analyst will be responsible for documenting findings and breaking down features into smaller, manageable tasks in an Agile framework. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data science and data analysis. Familiarity with Helios Data is preferred, as is experience with tools such as Snowflake, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of DevOps practices is desired, and experience with AWS and machine learning model building using Python is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical for working with a large group of stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectively communicate the results of data analysis.
