About the position

Apex Systems is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze customer and delivery driver insights, order metrics, and customer interaction data. The role involves working cross-functionally with various departments to build and maintain relevant data definitions, KPIs, and dashboards, while also leading efforts to translate raw data into SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and delivery driver insights, order metrics, and customer interaction data.
• Work cross-functionally with all levels of the business including marketing, product, engineering, logistics, member services, and data science.
• Align with leaders across the organization to build and maintain relevant data definitions, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Build out internal resources for onboarding, supporting, and training the company on data sets and tools.
• Work with large, messy, disparate datasets and conduct aggregated analysis to drive strategic priorities and inform the business on engagement.
• Select, implement, and maintain a BI tool that runs on SQL databases for employee consumption.
• Lead efforts to translate raw data into SQL databases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics experience
• BA/BS Degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline
• Expertise in Excel and SQL
• Strong Power BI skills

• Python scripting is a plus
• Google Cloud Platform is a plus
