As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various programs and projects. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of NSIN's mission. The Data Analyst will be responsible for the success of internal data-centric business operations and the decisions made to meet Government goals, all to drive greater efficiency and accuracy of executing the mission. This will require the Data Analyst to build insightful reports, research ventures and innovators across the US, and present their products to Government Leadership - all while embodying high standards of Tatitlek's professionalism. Additionally, the Data Analyst will provide 1:1 assistance to the workforce and delivery partners regarding how to record their activities and utilize the data for their own products. The position also requires tracking and responding to ad hoc product requests from leaders across the agency in a timely and polite manner, using data profiling and other discovery techniques to locate anomalies, outliers, and other instances that would cause a bottleneck in business operations. The Data Analyst will design and execute models for improved data collection, continually pivoting as needed to support the business, and interpret key datasets to recommend process improvement opportunities. Support for maintaining and supporting several activities, including entering and cleaning data, researching data conversions, establishing data specifications, updating sources, and ensuring data integrity is also part of the role. Finally, the Data Analyst will mine data for the purposes of experimenting with predictive model prototypes.
