About the position

The Data Analyst at Fiserv plays a crucial role in driving cultural change and fostering a data-centric environment within the organization. This position focuses on enabling customer-centric, process-focused, and data-driven decisions by utilizing industry best practices to improve quality and client satisfaction. The Data Analyst will work closely with Business Unit leaders to review and analyze business operations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective process solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive a culture of performance quality by acting as a change agent and promoting awareness of process improvement tools.
  • Lead comprehensive assessments to identify productivity and operations improvement opportunities within divisions.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end process development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Innovate, design, and develop robust processes and automation in collaboration with suppliers to address challenges.
  • Facilitate regular reviews of quality and process improvement metrics, driving projects to enhance these metrics.
  • Implement process solutions by integrating them into the business while considering cultural dynamics and necessary organizational shifts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in process improvement, quality, and equivalent functions.
  • 2+ years experience with facilitation and presentation.
  • 1+ years of project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, math, computer science, or business.
  • Experience in Print/Direct Mail/Secure-Card industry.
  • Process Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Working knowledge of process improvement principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, Five S's, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in Minitab/statistical analysis tools.
  • Simulation software experience (Arena).
