About the position

The Jr Data Analyst position at ManpowerGroup involves developing databases and building automated reporting tools to support operational requirements within a leading Health & Hygiene company. The role requires data interpretation and analysis, with a focus on optimizing statistical efficiency and quality through effective data collection and analytics strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop databases and build automated reporting tools to meet operational requirements.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, providing ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Build user interfaces for key factory operations using GUIs such as Power BI.

Requirements

• BA or BS in statistics, math, computer science, physics, or a related technical field; a Master's degree is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in technical data analysis, data science, or data warehousing with proven business analysis experience.
• Demonstrated experience in at least one programming language such as R, Python, C#, .Net, or Javascript.
• Experience writing TSQL, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers in SQL Server.
• Advanced presentation, communication (verbal and written), and Excel skills.
