Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets using statistical and analytical tools to identify trends and patterns.
• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data insights effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting.
• Lead data-driven decision-making by identifying key metrics and KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in finance, healthcare, retail, eCommerce, insurance, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
