About the position

As a Data Analyst at Booz Allen, you will leverage your analytical skills to transform complex data sets into actionable insights that support mission objectives. You will work closely with clients, particularly within the Army team, to understand their data needs and provide meaningful interpretations that drive business and process decisions. Your role will involve both data analysis and client interaction, ensuring that the insights derived from data contribute positively to Integrated Primary Prevention (IPP) initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to derive meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their data-related questions and needs.
• Generate process flow charts to support management and technical evaluations.
• Perform management record keeping, tracking, and reporting of information.
• Validate information in source documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience with research techniques and process analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Secret clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the Army Public Health domain.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python.
