About the position

The Data Analyst at HDI Global Insurance Co. is responsible for automating various business tasks through analytical, technical, and project management skills. The role involves analyzing data, developing recommendations, and providing business insights, both individually and as part of a team, to achieve the minimum viable product (MVP) for assigned projects. The position requires experience with Qlik Sense and a strong background in data analysis and synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Automate business tasks to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Utilize Qlik Sense to build data models and visualizations.
• Design and implement data warehouses using Star and Snowflake schemas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a foreign equivalent.
• 2 years of progressively responsible IT work experience in complex data analysis and synthesis.
• 2 years of experience using Qlik Sense to build data models with a 3-tier architecture.
• 2 years of experience building QVDs and QVWs.
• 2 years of experience using data management software, including SQL.
• 2 years of experience designing Star and Snowflake schema data warehouses.
• Experience in planning with inter-departmental groups for project work.
