About the position

Prevailance is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the Surface Combat Systems' Training Command (SCSTC). The role involves providing Systems Engineering and Training Analysis services across various areas, including Manpower and Personnel, Infrastructure, and Training Management, while also supporting international programs and foreign military sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, submission, tracking, follow-up, and required documentation utilizing applicable systems, programs, applications, and software.
• Summarize and disseminate results of reviews, analyses, and evaluations of current procedures and processes.
• Collect and analyze all available related material and data to identify and make recommendations concerning problems/issues and prevention of problems/issues.
• Collaborate with Mission Area Chairs (MAC) in determining annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) requirements.
• Attend the Spring and Fall Surface Warfare Training Committee (SWTC) events.

Requirements

• Six (6) or more years of experience in the US Navy.
• Three (3) or more years of experience and detailed technical knowledge of the U.S. Surface Combatant platform and associated warfighter characteristics and capabilities, specifically Cruiser and Destroyer configurations.
• An in-depth understanding of the interrelationship between U.S. Surface Combatant configurations, fleet readiness requirements, and land-based test sites including training commands.
• An in-depth understanding of the deployment cycle.
