About the position

The Data Analyst will lead the analytics team in developing data-driven insights aimed at enhancing business processes, improving work methods, and delivering financial benefits while enhancing the customer shopping experience. This role involves supervising direct reports, supporting the e-Commerce team, and managing data architecture for reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the analytics team to develop data-driven insights.
• Supervise and coach direct reports, providing performance feedback.
• Support the e-Commerce Team in achieving savings goals.
• Provide support to over 19 Workspaces and 5,000 users in Power BI.
• Own Data Architecture for Pickup Reporting and consolidate datasets.
• Produce insightful reporting and KPIs for E-commerce.
• Support the rollout of the gold layer and adapt reporting accordingly.
• Measure current projects and business standards aligned with strategy.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with division leadership.
• Guide the facilitation of working sessions for work process development.
• Partner with Training and Development to create training modules.
• Consult with business specialists for potential business solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance and Innovation teams to document reporting needs.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand business priorities.
• Provide support for Key Applications showcasing e-commerce reporting.
• Summarize and communicate analyses with best practice recommendations.
• Travel to divisions and stores for performance measurements and observations.
• Provide on-call support after hours and on weekends.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate issues.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Ability to develop business reporting and standardize data processes.
