Spring Oaks Capital is seeking a talented and driven Data Analyst to enhance customer engagement strategies through data analysis. The role focuses on analyzing customer interactions with the company's web portal to optimize conversion rates and explore broader engagement metrics. The Data Analyst will collaborate with various teams to extract insights from data and contribute to the company's innovative, data-driven approach to customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer interactions on the web portal, focusing on conversion optimization and engagement metrics.
• Serve as a cross-functional data expert working with operations, finance, and technology teams to analyze data across the organization.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights for stakeholders.
• Build reports and deliver presentations that summarize data, highlight trends, and measure overall performance.
• Work closely with front-end developers and product teams to understand web portal functionality and recommend tracking mechanisms for customer interaction data.
• Continuously contribute to the team's development by offering insights and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline.
• 3+ years in an analytical role, preferably with a focus on web analytics and customer engagement.
• 3+ years with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• 1+ years with Python and Pandas for data analysis.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and React, with the ability to understand front-end architecture.
