About the position

The Mid-Level Data Analyst at Insight Global will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of internal data products, from conceptualization to deployment and continuous improvement. This role emphasizes strong communication with stakeholders to ensure data insights are translated into actionable strategies, utilizing tools like Snowflake and Tableau to create intuitive dashboard UIs that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Steer the lifecycle of internal data products from conceptualization to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Foster strong communication channels between stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Leverage Snowflake for data warehousing and Tableau for data visualization to develop intuitive dashboard UIs.
• Drive the development of data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics with a proven track record of managing data projects and designing data products.
• Strong project management skills with experience in agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of Snowflake and Tableau, including advanced data modeling, analysis, and visualization techniques.
• A portfolio of dashboard designs or case studies demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design principles for data visualization.
