About the position

The Data Analyst position is responsible for managing various software applications, including Mozenda for web scraping, Power BI for dashboards, and generating sales reports using MS Access and Excel. The role focuses on ensuring accurate product assortment on customer websites, creating and managing reports, and delivering insights to support sales and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Mozenda web scraping tool to ensure proper product assortment on customer websites.
• Create and manage agents for web scraping tasks.
• Deliver exception reporting to highlight discrepancies.
• Manage the Power BI dashboard environment for data visualization.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards for sales and financial reporting.
• Ensure that dashboards accurately measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and deliver ad hoc sales reports using MS Access or Excel.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Create ad-hoc reports as requested.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of comparable work experience required.
• Educational concentration in Math, Science, or Economics preferred.
• Expertise with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL is required.
• Understanding of Power BI is helpful.
