About the position

The Data Analyst at Soldier Field - ASM Global is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to stadium operations, fan engagement, ticket sales, and event performance. This role aims to enhance the fan experience and operational efficiency by providing insights that support strategic initiatives across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Gather data from multiple sources, including ticketing systems, fan surveys, operational reports, and social media reports.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in operations.
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to management highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the success of events and initiatives.
  • Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast attendance, revenue, and other critical metrics.
  • Create visualizations that communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure data integrity and security in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Design and administer surveys to gather feedback on community programs and facility offerings.
  • Analyze historical and real-time attendance data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Design and execute targeted surveys for continuous data collection.
  • Work all major events that occur at Soldier Field.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with partner organizations to acquire necessary data.
  • Oversee aspects of premium product offerings for events to generate new revenue.
  • Collaborate with event management teams to ensure seamless ticketing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience in data analysis, preferably within sports, entertainment, or large venue operations.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a sports or entertainment environment.
  • Previous experience with creating and analyzing KPIs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

  • Knowledge of stadium operations and fan engagement strategies.
