About the position

The TPRM Data Entry Analyst is responsible for accurately and efficiently collecting data to be entered into Process Unity. This role plays a crucial part in gathering critical information necessary to introduce identified suppliers to the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) process, ensuring compliance and timely responses to Health Authority Audit actions. The analyst will complete the handoff of the data entry in Process Unity to the assigned Functional TPRM leads for review and validation of the information. In this position, the analyst will collect business owners' names by connecting with the responsible business units and ensure that data is collected in a timely manner to meet deadlines as defined by the TPRM members. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information is paramount, as is adherence to data collection and entry standards and best practices. The analyst will also validate the information entered in Process Unity with business owners and assigned TPRM leads, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately collect data to be entered into Process Unity.
  • Gather critical information necessary for the TPRM process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4-7 years of multi-disciplined risk management experience.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data/information management.
  • Project management and performance measurement skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
