Responsibilities

• Review internal investigations checklist and ensure all required documents are uploaded accurately within the correct database.
• Respond to email and telephone inquiries related to internal department matters.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects.
• Research, identify, and assist in the formulation of recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.
• Assist with the development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs.
• Write and update project documentation including system procedures and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or related field/equivalent combination of education, technical training/work experience.
• Typically requires 3-5 years of directly related experience in a specific functional area.
