Agree Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Boise, ID. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support various business functions. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics, ensuring that stakeholders have access to the information they need to make informed decisions. Collaboration with business stakeholders is essential, as you will work closely with them to understand their data needs and provide the necessary analytical support. Data validation and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data across all reports and analyses will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also conduct ad-hoc analyses to support various business initiatives and projects, utilizing statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present your findings in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, you will be expected to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence will be crucial for your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
