About the position

The Data Analyst position is a temporary role focused on supporting the Product Integrity team within the Product Supply Chain organization. The ideal candidate will engage in data analytics to enhance material and product quality, driving efficiencies and insights that align with the company's foundational goals. This role requires effective communication and collaboration across various teams, emphasizing a detail-oriented and problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing material and production data
• Identifying improvements in reporting solutions and process automation
• Extracting and summarizing data effectively
• Utilizing Snowflake for data management
• Presenting data to stakeholders using Tableau and/or Power BI
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel for data analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2-5 years of work experience in an analytical role
• Strong skills in Excel and Smartsheet
• Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake preferred
• Knowledge of Python or R preferred
• Experience with Alteryx preferred
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present coherent insights
• Project management skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Strong team player with collaboration skills
• Experience or coursework in procurement, operations, or supply chain preferred
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit in a fast-paced environment
