About the position

The position involves assisting with the development, troubleshooting, and enhancement of dashboards using Power BI. The role focuses on evaluating existing dashboards, improving their efficiency and consistency, and ensuring the full capabilities of Power BI are utilized. Additionally, the position requires gathering project data, consolidating it into a single database, and performing data analysis to draw meaningful conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dashboard development and troubleshooting using Power BI.
• Provide ad hoc training and assistance to employees on Power BI.
• Review and evaluate dashboards created by project teams for efficiency and consistency.
• Identify ways to leverage the full capabilities of Power BI and available data.
• Gather project data and comparisons for consolidation into a single database.
• Import, cleanse, validate, and analyze data to draw conclusions.
• Consolidate and present data in charts, graphs, or tables.
• Work with minimal direction across multiple project teams.

Requirements

• Experience with Power BI dashboard development and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills for data validation and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple teams.
• Experience in data cleansing and validation processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
• Experience in training or mentoring others in Power BI.
• Knowledge of database management and data consolidation techniques.
