The analyst will also support scorecard requirements to reveal performance outcomes and progress towards performance and quality assurance goals. Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform workforce development strategies is a critical function of this role. The position requires the development and design of dashboards and scorecards that drill down productivity for specific centers, as well as processing and cleaning raw data to handle missing values and inconsistencies. The analyst will prepare comprehensive labor market reports and visualizations that effectively communicate findings. Maintaining databases and protocols for data storage, processing, and reporting is also essential, along with ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The analyst will collaborate with management and department heads to meet their specific data needs and provide analytical support. Staying informed about economic indicators that impact employment is also part of the job.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
  • Three years related experience in analytics and evaluation, or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI dashboards, and other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with databases and data collection services (e.g., Salesforce, Bureau of Labor Statistics).
  • Experience with statistical analysis software.
  • Demonstrated work history of preparing and analyzing statistical data.
  • Knowledge of effective data collection and research methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
