You will also facilitate meetings, outline deliverables, and act as a liaison for technical requirements, ensuring that project scopes and deadlines are clearly communicated to the leadership team. Additionally, you will build and maintain tables within an Oracle database environment and document data management processes for the Field Operations and Call Center departments. Your role will involve preparing ad hoc analyses and monthly KPI reports for review by investors, the board of directors, and executive leadership.
