About the position

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR metrics, data analysis, and the ability to translate complex data into visually compelling insights. This role will be instrumental in providing data-driven solutions to support strategic HR initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that visualize HR metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends. Collaboration with HR stakeholders is essential to identify data requirements, define key metrics, and translate business needs into actionable insights. In addition to dashboard development, the candidate will design and implement data models to optimize data performance and accuracy. They will perform data cleaning, transformation, and enrichment to ensure data quality, and automate report generation and distribution to streamline HR processes. Ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power BI dashboards and reports will also be part of the role. The candidate will interact with the HRIS and People Analytics team and business leads to understand business needs and provide technical guidance to best address business functional requirements. The role will also involve delivering high-level BI design documents to the HRIS and People Analytics team for review, supporting QA and UAT, and providing production support when required. Cross-training the HRIS and People Analytics team on developed solutions will be an important aspect of this position, ensuring that knowledge is shared and that the team is equipped to handle the tools and insights provided.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize HR metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify data requirements, define key metrics, and translate business needs into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and Power BI.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
