About The Position
The position involves managing data hygiene on network storage to ensure that data is properly maintained and stored in appropriate repositories. The role requires collaboration with business units to create reports that visualize data, thereby improving operations within the organization. Responsibilities include participating in ongoing decisions regarding data collection, study design, methodology, and data analysis, as well as maintaining reports in response to requests from individuals or business units. The candidate will also present data to colleagues in other departments, provide tier 2 support, analyze and troubleshoot information system anomalies, assist in user onboarding and offboarding, support mobile devices and MDM management, ensure software is installed and functioning on end-user endpoints, and provide after-hours support as needed.
