About the position

The Clinical Data Analyst position is focused on supporting the Clinical Trial Design and Capabilities team by analyzing clinical data and creating visualizations that facilitate data-informed decision-making. The role involves collaboration with various business teams to develop key performance indicators and dashboards, with an emphasis on automation and best practices in analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams and analytics team to craft and refine key performance indicators and visualizations that support data-informed decisions.
  • Plan, implement, and organize user-facing analytics tools, such as dashboards and metrics.
  • Lead the design, analysis, and interpretation of testing.
  • Design, implement, and utilize suitable visualizations and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Establish best practices in analytics, visualization guidelines, and standards.
  • Collaborate with business teams to demonstrate the significance of certain metrics based on data-driven insights and educate them on why certain metrics may not be suitable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science and Analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python or R, and SQL
