About the position

The Data Analyst position at Adecco US, Inc. involves supporting projects through moderately complex data analyses. The role requires working under general supervision, conducting research using real-world data, and presenting findings to cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid position based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, offered as a 3-month contract with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analyses, including research using real-world data to measure and value the outcomes of innovative technologies.
• Summarize research findings, evaluate, interpret, and synthesize data, and present findings to diverse cross-functional teams.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to summarize and present findings.
• Adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Requirements

• Associate's degree is a must.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with administrative claims data.
• Experience conducting literature syntheses, including systematic literature reviews.
• Exposure to statistical analyses.

Nice-to-haves

• Tableau experience is preferred but training will be provided.
