About the position

The Data Analytics Engineer for Cytiva is a pivotal role that focuses on integrating production process data from various databases and designing data analysis models through linear and multivariate regression techniques. This position is situated within the Bioprocess CTO organization at Cytiva's Pensacola location and is an on-site role. At Cytiva, we are dedicated to advancing future therapeutics from discovery to delivery, and this role is essential in supporting that vision. In this position, you will collaborate closely with Research and Development (R&D) and manufacturing teams on technology development projects. You will be responsible for creating and managing databases, writing coding scripts for data analysis, and conducting statistical data analysis to derive critical and non-critical interactions through data modeling. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating user interface software and managing or participating in external collaborations related to artificial intelligence (AI), computer modeling, and data analysis. Responsibilities

  • Work with R&D and manufacturing teams in technology development projects.
  • Create and manage databases.
  • Write coding scripts for data analysis.
  • Conduct statistical data analysis.
  • Derive critical and non-critical interactions through data modeling.
  • Create user interface software.
  • Manage/participate in external collaborations related to AI, computer modeling, and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in fields related to data science and data modeling.
  • More than 2 years of post-graduation industrial or academic working experience.
  • Fluency in computer coding languages and logistic regression, such as Python.
  • Ability to use statistical methods to collect and organize data.
  • Understanding of data cleaning processes before analysis and interpreting the results of analysis.

Nice-to-haves
