Fujitsu Network Communications, Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics & Automation Engineer for a Fall Co-op position within our infrastructure application team. This role is pivotal in developing analytics, generating reports, troubleshooting data issues, and maintaining existing data tools. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a solid understanding of popular data analysis tools and databases, alongside current software development practices and tools. As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and designing the infrastructure for data analytics and reporting automation. This includes overseeing data sources, ensuring security, and managing metadata using technologies such as Kubernetes and Python. You will collaborate with other experts to develop applications that enhance network performance and contribute to knowledge management improvement initiatives, such as rebuilding SharePoint and automating reports. Additionally, you will support the data warehouse by identifying and revising reporting requirements and engage in GenAI-related projects aimed at automating operations. Your role will also involve data visualization and analytics projects utilizing tools like PowerBI, Qlik, and ServiceNow, as well as providing assistance with data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
