The Data Labeling Analyst position at Rose International is a critical role within the Global Response Organization, focusing on ensuring user and business safety across the Client's platforms. This position is based in Austin, TX, and is strictly onsite. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team that operates 24/7, responding to real-time crises and proactively identifying emerging risks associated with harmful content and malicious actors. The role requires a strong understanding of the Client's Community Standards and the ability to work with graphic and objectionable content. As a Data Labeling Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills to gather, analyze, and utilize data from escalations and content reviews. This data will be instrumental in developing improvements for the escalation process, policies, and products, ultimately generating operational insights that support the community. You will also be responsible for interpreting and enforcing Client terms of service, investigating reported risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement tailored mitigation plans. In addition to these core responsibilities, the role includes basic program and project management tasks aimed at enhancing platform safety and security. You will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring that operational KPIs are met and exceeded.
