About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Manager to lead our data analysis initiatives and drive strategic decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in database design, ETL processes, and business analysis, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in an Agile environment and utilize tools such as Tableau and Python to enhance our analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and implementation of databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Manage ETL processes to facilitate the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within the organization.
- Utilize Tableau for data visualization and reporting, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver insights that support business objectives.
- Employ Python for advanced data manipulation and analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting.
- Develop predictive models to vaticinate future trends based on historical data analysis.
- Maintain a focus on continuous improvement by smashing barriers to effective data utilization across departments.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in management
- 6 years of experience in business analysis
- 11+ years of experience in data analysis skills
- 8 years of experience in database design
- 9 years of experience in data transformation
- 10 years of experience in analytics
- Proficient in Tableau and Python
- Strong expertise in database design and management
- Experience with ETL processes and tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Knowledge of business analysis principles and practices
