About the position

The Data and AI Solutions Architect at KiZAN Technologies is responsible for supporting complex sales and customer initiatives, focusing on strategic accounts and high-value opportunities. This role involves planning and designing solutions, developing offers aligned with Microsoft initiatives, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills while influencing customer readiness and driving digital transformation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support complex sales initiatives focusing on opportunities over specific financial thresholds or key strategic accounts.
• Support complex customer initiatives, primarily involved in planning and design phases, while enabling other team members for broad production efforts.
• Develop offers and align them with Microsoft initiatives and funding where possible.
• Actively listen and create constructive tension and trust with customers/partners by respectfully challenging their decisions and encouraging alternative solutions.
• Develop and expand existing impactful relationships with customer architects, C-level technical decision makers, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate industry trends and customer insights, mapping architecture and digital transformation solutions to business outcomes.
• Lead role on strategic SOWs involving opportunities over $100,000 in services and strategic customers requiring over $250k of services over a 12-month period.
• Establish relationships and communication cadence with Microsoft technical and account resources in relevant technologies.
• Build and present Go To Market materials around PowerBI, Fabric, and other data platform technologies.
• Participate in workshops, webinars, and conferences related to the Microsoft Intelligent Data Platform.

• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly in Azure and Intelligent Data platforms.
