This role is pivotal in supporting complex sales initiatives and customer projects, particularly during the planning and design phases. The Data and AI Solutions Architect will work closely with various stakeholders, including customer architects and C-level technical decision-makers, to develop impactful relationships and drive successful outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting complex sales initiatives that focus on opportunities exceeding specific financial thresholds or key strategic accounts. You will also play a crucial role in planning and designing customer initiatives, enabling team members for broad production efforts. Your ability to actively listen and create constructive tension with customers will be essential in challenging their decisions and encouraging them to consider alternative architectures and solutions. Additionally, you will identify and evaluate industry trends, gather customer insights, and map architecture and digital transformation solutions to customer business outcomes. As a leader in strategic Statements of Work (SOWs), you will oversee opportunities that KiZAN believes to be over $100,000 in services, involving multiple teams and technologies. You will also have a billable oversight role as a Solution Architect, with a target of 25% billable hours over the average of a single quarter. Establishing relationships with Microsoft technical and account resources in Azure, Fabric, Machine Learning, and other Intelligent Data platform technologies will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also be tasked with building and presenting Go To Market materials around PowerBI, Fabric, and other data platform technologies, as well as participating in workshops, webinars, and conferences to foster meaningful relationships that drive business growth.
